CANCELLATION POLICY
all appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy. a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, you will not be charged until your treatment has been completed any appointments rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours will NOT be charged. any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged with a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original treatment total. any clients who no call, no show their appointment will be charged 100% of original treatment total late arrivals within 15 minutes of appointment time will be charged 100% of original treatment total and may receive a modified appointment late arrivals of more than 15 minutes past appointment time will be cancelled and charged 100% of the original treatment total we are all human - life is unpredictable. in the event of emergency, illness, or other special circumstances please contact us promptly to discuss accomodations
